Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship orders to Finland.

Payment and Orders

How do I pay for my order?

Products and their delivery costs are paid for when ordering. The payment intermediary service for online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Read more about payment methods here: Payment and delivery methods

Where can I check my order details?

You will receive an order confirmation and delivery details to the email address you used to make the purchase with. You can check the details from these messages.

How are orders delivered?

Posti will deliver the order to the nearest Posti pickup point from the delivery address you provided.

How quickly will the product I ordered be delivered?

The products you ordered will be delivered within 3-8 business days of receiving the order. If the product is temporarily out of stock or the delivery of the order is delayed, our customer service will contact you. When we are having sales or promotional campaigns, the delivery time may be longer.

Returns and Customer Service

What do I do if there is a defect in the product?

If there is a defect in the product you ordered, contact the online store's customer service by email at havi@havi.fi. To speed up the processing, please attach the order number to your message for our customer service. You can find the order number on the shipping list that came with the delivery or from the order confirmation email.

Can products be returned?

Products bought from our online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return. You can find detailed instructions and the form needed for the return in the our online store, under return.

The product you want to return must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that products considered as hygiene products are not eligible for return. Hygiene products include soaps and room diffusers.

How do I use a coupon or a promotional code?

Coupons are campaign-specific. The promotional code is entered in the box provided at the online store checkout. The discount will be taken into account in the final amount of the order.
