Returning products

Unused products that meet our return conditions and are purchased from our Havi.fi -online store can be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Make a return by filling out the return form that came with the package. See the return conditions for more information.

How to make a return

  1. Fill out the return form that came with the package.

  2. Pack the product so that there are no markings or tapes on the original packaging. Attach the return label that came with the order to the package, complete with the order number.* Remove all old address markings from the package.

  3. Take the package to a post office and request a tracking number. The sender, i.e. the customer, is responsible for the return shipment.

  4. If the returned product complies with our return terms, we will refund the product price to the credit or bank account used for purchase after receiving the product.

  5. We charge a handling fee of 5 € for all returns, which we will deduct from the amount to be returned upon return. Please note that we also do not refund any postage costs of the original order.

*Returns are made using Havi Oy's logistics contract number, which is marked on the return label, and this allows the returner to handle the postage free of charge. However, please note the handling fee for all returns mentioned in section 5.

Product exchange

If you want to exchange a product ordered from our online store, you must return the product you want to exchange according to our return instructions and place a new order for the product you want. Once we have received the returned product and it meets our return conditions, we will refund its price to the credit or bank account used for the original purchase.

If the product you received is defective or broken, please contact our online store customer service by email at havi@havi.fi.

Return conditions

The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, in its original condition. The product must have all product labels and tags in place. The product to be returned must not have been substantially altered. All parts must be included in the return. If the product has been used or handled carelessly, the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product up to its full value.

Hygiene products do not have the right for exchange or return after opening the package, because then the product can not be put up for sale again. Hygiene products include, for example, soaps and room diffusers.
